PACKAGE #1: FINDING YOUR GREEN CAREER PATH (Up to 3 Months):
Includes Three 60-minute Coaching Sessions

This package is perfect if you are passionate about an environmental career but are not quite sure what green career paths are a match for your skills and interests.

​​

• You will complete a few online career exercises, share your resume, and 2-3 job postings that interest you 

​

• Customized assistance on developing 3-5 recommendations of green career paths that match your education, career interests, skills and experience (this will be developed into a google spreadsheet with a sample job posting or example of a professional working in this field)

​

• Recommendations of professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn more about that career path / breaking into that field (and guidance on how you can identify additional professionals in these fields to reach out and speak with)

​

• Two 60-minute sessions to go over assessment results, discuss green career options, (what do these roles entail, what skills and education are required, how closely you are a fit today, and what you need to do to be more competitive for these roles) and how to conduct additional research to ultimately identify your top 1-2 green career paths

• One 60-minute follow up session to discuss the outcome of your career direction research  (your top 1-2 green career paths) and next steps

PACKAGE #2: JUMP START YOUR GREEN JOB SEARCH (2 - 3 Months)

This package is perfect if you have a general idea of your desired green career path and if you are just starting your job search (or need a jumpstart to be more successful).​

  -  Session One: Job Application #1 Help

  -  Session Two: Job Application #2 Help

  -  Session Three: Mock Interview

• Recommendations of professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn how to be a stronger candidate for positions in your field


​

• Expert resume and cover letter tools and templates to make you stand out in your field

​

• LinkedIn profile makeover help


​

• A simple job search plan/ framework and tracking system

​​

• Email coaching and support throughout the 2-3 months (to answer quick questions)

PACKAGE #3: 6 WEEKS OF CUSTOMIZED BIWEEKLY JOB POSTING EMAILS

​

Many people struggle to find relevant job postings that are a match. Doing keyword searches can be hit or miss. This package is perfect if you have a strong idea of what job you are looking for and can specify one or two job titles and examples of employers you are targeting.

​

• You will receive a total of 3 emails over 6 weeks with 3 to 5 customized job postings that Green Career Advisor finds for you (this service is intended to supplement your efforts)

​

• Green Career Advisor will also help identify people in their network at employers of interest (if you provide them with up to 10 targeted employers every two weeks) 

​

• Email coaching/support throughout the 6 weeks (to answer any quick questions you have)

​

• Cost: $500 - Buy Now

​

• Optional: Clients can add a job application help session to this package (normally $125/ discounted to $100 for Package #3 clients) to apply to a job posting that is of high interest early on to ensure that you are submitting top-notch applications that employers notice.
